I used LindaSsue's faux mashed taters for shepherd pie...

and it worked beautifully.

Here is LindaSue's recipe: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

What are the other ingredients?? Share! Gordon Ramsay says Shepherd's Pie is made with lamb and if it's made with beef it's Cottage Pie. So which did you use? Whatever you used it sure looks good.

Technically its not a shepherd pie or cottage pie because I made it with shredded pork but it was divine! I dont really have a recipe. Ihad leftover pork, shredded it and added some diced carrot, onion and celery + a tiny handful of peas, chix broth and a dash of cream, spices. Then I made the mashed cauli as directed and piled it on top, smoothed it out and topped with cheese and baked then tossed some chives on it. It was delish! I baked it at 350 for 30 min then tossed under the broiler for a sec.
