Question for THE CHICKEN LADY...

My Dad makes corn dogs for the family on the 4th. I was wondering if The Chicken Lady's Golden Cornbread recipe would work to make corn dogs? Or if anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them. I really want a corn dog!!!

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, I think someone asked that question in that cornbread thread. Let me look.

No, no one said anything in that thread. I did a corn dog search and found nothing usable. You could try making corndog shaped trays out of tin foil, spraying it well, pouring the batter and burying a hog dog in the middle and baking. Actually, that sounds good!

These are not corn dogs, but people have made pigs in a blanket using oopsie rolls.
