You can find Oat Flour in Kroger, in the health food section. Look for Bob's Red Mill. If you're near Dayton, you can also get it at Health Foods Unlimited.

I just found a low carb tortilla made of Oat fiber and Whole Wheat Flour and Soy flour. It has 11g of carbs - 7g dietary fiber= 4 g of net carbs. It only has 60 cal each, no sugar. It's marketed as a Low Carb alternative to flour tortillas.
Do you guys think this is safe to eat for OWL? |

I do. I know many people use it with no ill effects. The only way to be sure is to try them and see how they affect your body. Everyone is different. I do better without any grains, but they may give you no trouble at all.
