Hi Leigh! Haha, you smoked me out. I didn't want to create a thread on it till I made it with a few more variations (adjustments in salt and sweetener levels). Will put up a thread soon.

Jill, thank you! I get a lot out LCFers, and do what I can with my sweet tooth to give back.

SmileySue, thank you!

Alison, thanks! Your doggie is totally precious btw.

DH is dying for me to make this. He gave up sweets for Lent so I gotta wait a few more weeks. If I make it for just me you know what will happen!

I made the Chocolate Silk filling. I tasted this last night and it was pretty good. It reminds me of LindaSues chocolat torte, but creamier.
The only thing is waiting on Lauren to post this recipe again with any corrections.

I noticed that there is one egg listed on the crust section of the recipe, but it is not mentioned to add it to that part. So I didn't add it.
Also, the directions called for xanthan gum, but no quantity mentioned on the ingredient list, as well as the stevia.

So hopefully Lauren will notice this and let us know.

No xanthan required for the second recipe (the "silk" pie), fixed! The egg goes in with the wet ingredients, to hold together the crust. My ingredients are correct 99% of the time, not always my instructions. Will be sure to get another pair of eyes to look over my entries.
