Quick BBQ Sauce!
We got a couple of smoked pork butts  this weekend from a school fund raiser. We decided to have nice lunch of sliced meat and pickles. I went to grab some homemade LC sauce and I realized that the sauce fairy forgot to make a visit to my house.
I grabbed a bottle of the KC Masterpiece LC stuff. I don't really like it as sauce but I do use it to mix in chopped or shredded meats if I'm in a hurry. So I mixed the whole bottle of sauce, some Braggs apple cider vinegar and some DaVinci's simple syrup, a little hot sauce plus quite a bit of fresh ground pepper. I cooked it for about 10 minutes but I don't think that was even necessary. It came out a like a thinner sauce (rib sauce). I filled a dollar store condiment squeeze bottle up and plunked it down in front of my husband. He tasted it and said "no way." I said "way" and then he procceded to chow down about half of it!
