kevin, or anyone of our great bakers, i am getting ready to try the sugar cookie recipe and would like to know which cake/cookie flour should i use for them? the quik recipe or the lose recipe? thanks!

Bella, I am on maintenence so given the choice I almost alway pick the carbalose since the few extra carbs are in my carb budget. Also Carbquik will give you more of a cakier cookie where carbalose will give you more of a snap to it.

BTW, which sugar cookie recipe are you using?

hey kevin, thanks for responding so fast. i am trying the recipe you wanted to try before christmas. i have a bad habit of collecting these great sounding recipes and filing them away. i was confused as to which one would make a crispier cookie, and you just cleared that up for me. thanks! i don't know which of the flour mixes should be used for what...thanks again, and that new baby is just beautiful! congrats to you and yours!
grandbabies are fun, we get to spoil them and then send them back to mama and papa!
