My kids loved the zucchini noodles - much better than the spaghetti squash kind. Thank you for the recipe inspiration!

Zoodles OMG they were great
we did canned mushrooms (none of us are a fan of fresh go figger..) and some onion too (mostly because I only had one smaller zucchini) I was given the green light to make them again.... Hubby is not one to say it unless he means it.. 'these are really good, is there any more?' were his exact words. I picked up 4 more zucchini yesterday |

Everyone, please keep this thread going.
I am new here and still in awe of bobo's Zoodles, which will quickly become my pasta substitute. Bobo, I posted a separate thread just thanking you. Everyone, please post your recipe pictures and keep this thread going. |

Well I had to have that pizza but didn't have a non stick over safe pan or metal pans for that matter. So I made a a giant cheese crisp in the microwave cooked it halfway and then added sauce and toppings and cooked until the pepperoni was crisp. It was GREAT!!!
Thanks for the idea! I missed pizza! ![]() |

If I don't have an oven safe skillet for the pizza can I use a round layer cake pan?

Diana, yes you can use the cake pan, but maybe you should spray it with
cooking spray first. I have also used a glass casserole dish before. |
