I think this thread is incredible!! Love the pics! I would like to add that not only have I gotten great food ideas from the recipe forum, LindaSue, and Lauren, but sugarfreesheila is a great asset here too. I have tried her recipes and they are great! Her pics are inspirational also. Her site is sugarfreesheila.com and posts here once in a while. Bobo--what a great job you have done--Wow 62 pounds since Sept......

wenig................that is actually sausage around the egg. This is a great
breakfast treat, or make ahead snack. Here is the link: RECIPES FOR EGG/PROTEIN FAST..... dawnyama.............I have not checked out Sheila's site, but I will now! Thanks for the heads up ![]() Cinnamon................if you like mushrooms, you will LOVE these! One of the strongest mushroom flavors I have ever had! Something about the combination of those ingredients that just really makes them pop Last edited by bobo36us; 12-07-2008 at 09:05 PM.. |

Hey Bob-
Thanks for the great post. Dying to get to the point where I can make the Banana cake. Just FYI, I've made the Zucchini noodles using my Mandolin with the set on a julienne blade. They come out like spaghetti and work the same way. Sometimes the the different shape is good. Thanks again for all the effort you put into this. Loved it! |

bobo36us.....Thank you so much for the detailed instructions on the zoodles. They look so yummy. Thank you for the link. I do have a problem of serving the same thing over and over again and this will REALLY help with more ideas. THANK YOU!!!!
Congratulations on your weight loss. Pretty good results. |

John.............Thanks for the compliments and tips. I hope my
wife doesn't see your post though, she's been pestering me for a really good Mandolin for a while already....LOL! fawn............I can't believe how many questions I get about that countertop...lol. It's a river rock based form of granite called "Rhodium Bahia", from Brazil. The red isn't for everbody, for sure, but it also comes in a really pretty brown and green too. By the way, we all know what a healthy, wholesome diet regime you follow, any chance of you posting a few of your favorite menu pics? I think you can see, other than my weakness for Sucralose, that I try to keep it as natural and whole as possible too ![]() Last edited by bobo36us; 12-08-2008 at 10:22 AM.. |

And once again, thanks so much for the food photos - I know it's time consuming to do, but seeing the steps along with the finished product is amazing and so appreciated! If I ever make anything picture-worthy, I'll be sure to share. (May even post my disasters LOL) |

yeah, the food was beautiful but as a Real Estate agent, I recognized that counter top as something special.

So here I sit...almost 8:00 in the morning dying of hunger. I want the orange cream cake, pumpkin pie, salad, and the pizza - NOW!
You were right, I wasn't bored. |
