I found 14 boxes of Splenda Quikpacks at Big Lots today. It says not receommende for baking or cooking? Does anyone use them for that, or only for cool things? TIA

Thanks. I thought I had read recipes on here, especially from you Kevin, mentioning that you used them to bake with. I went to 2 Big Lots in my area, the first one didn't have them, almost didn't check the 2nd one but did and found 15 boxes there. They will really come in handy.

They were only $1 for each box! I can't remember what they were in the regular stores when I bought one a long time ago, but I know it was more than that.

Buffy, I use them all the time for cooking. I think they were invented for mixing with KoolAid only but there's no reason that I can see not to bake with it. Saves TONS of carbs.
