I'm going to have to do that now, as I just couldn't wait ~ held out for a couple of hours or so and then I just HAD to have a taste.

And oh. my. delicious. goodness! I truly can't believe how good this is ~ soooo moist and tasty. I was afraid it'd be grainy because of the almond flour, but it isn't at all.

I think I'm going to do two toppings ~ one will be Fage mixed with lemon Davinci's and frozen blueberries, and the other will just be strawberries mixed with a little Splenda to make it a bit syrupy.

I made this today, my first dessert try since finding out I am diabetic. It is very good, will sure help out when I get a craving for something sweet. I put some fage which I had flavored with lemon SF jello over the top. Very good. I am going to wrap up ind pieces and freeze it.

I made this again for a party--upped the lemon extract and added a ton of poppyseeds--awesome!

It was a HIT! I waited until everyone told me how delicious and dense it was before I told them it was low carb. I was left with an empty cake pan. Definitely a keeper.

Cake #2 just popped into the oven for an impromptu BBQ tonite.

I am SO happy I've found an absolutely nummy delicious dessert that is so simple to whip up.
