Fawn's Shake Question
I am gathering what I need to try my version of Fawn's shake and am wondering if anyone has frozen the shakes. Was thinking of making a blender full and freezing the excess for near future meals.
Thanks! |

I make a full blender of this and according to Mastercook, it's just over 450 calories. My husband usually has a small glass and I drink the rest myself. I've never frozen it and would think it might separate, so you'd probably have to reblend your frozen drink. Could make it frothier!
Here's the version I make: * Exported from MasterCook * Green Shake Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup water 1/4 cup aloe vera juice 1/4 cup berries 1 cup cabbage 1 cup spinach 1 cup broccoli 1/4 cup flax seeds -- ground 2 Tablespoons peanut butter - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving: 467 Calories; 30g Fat (54.1% calories from fat); 21g Protein; 38g Carbohydrate; 19g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 248mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 1 1/2 Lean Meat; 3 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 5 Fat. NOTES : Use cabbage, spinach, zucchini, broccoli and others |
