The oopsies would do well with that. I used them for my meatball subs and they held together well. You just want to make sure they don't sit too long or they might go a bit soggy (like regular bread).

If I could get out of my own way, I'd be sitting at goal for years now I've had to get away from the "extremes" of dieting and try to get back to the health reasons behind why I do it, but some days are easier than others FWIW, I do want to echo the sentiments of others that you be kind to yourself if you start to try new things and your body rebounds a little. (I say this as much to myself as to you ) The "weight" isn't the same as the numbers and those numbers shouldn't mean much anyway. soon....I'm not sure how to post the link...I'm not very good out here in cyber space...I found mine at Mysecretpantry.com and I watched the infomercial there. It works just like it says...frozen to grilled chicken breasts in 12 minutes and they are wonderful. Let me know if you find it. Sry, that I can't be of more help.

I did make some rolls with nori, but the cauliflower is so moist that the seaweed was a bit chewy. I did give it a try, though! I might try it again sometime...

to dry your cauliflower rice season it and spread it on a bake sheet I do mine on parchemtpaper so it doesn't stick then roast it in the oven and it will dry out as it roasts becareful as it will go fast already riced and you might not like cruchy rice in your rolls then use the drier "rice" to make your foods |

COOL! Thanks 2big! I'm so going to try that. I had been frying my 'rice' on the stove to dry it out (which wasn't working).

if you want "brown" rice LOL use 425 F is you just want dryier rice use about 300 F for about 10-20 min and watch it cause it goes crunchy fast.
spread it out and don't crowd it too. I love roasted cauliflower and garlic so I just do a pan of flowerettes and then can use them in any recipe I want. one can purree them with your cauliflowr pizza recipe and spread the results like frosting on a bake sheet and skip the ricing for your crust too. |

Thank you, 2 big! I am excited to try the variation.
Hopefully everyone is having a healthy whole foods morning, and are enjoying their Sunday! 2big, I've been researching inulin as a filler for a stevia powdered sweetener. Now, is inulin, in your opinion, bad stuff? I haven't found anything questionable about inulin, partially because it is derived from the cell walls and is the same time of fiber unabsorbed as, say, the skin of a plum. Is it still too much filler and not a wise use of fiber? If inulin is bad news, I'm not going to use it, but what I had found on the subject made inulin seem like an acceptable filler for a packet of sweetener.

Cleo inulin has been used for yrs medically for a special kidney test so it can't harm you.
However it is a favorite food of bacteria so your intestinal fauna ( both the good and bad stuf) can and do metabolize it which can make you gassey if you eat enough of it so don't go hog wild. if you are respecting Dr Atkins 3 servings of sweetner rules it should not be an issue. |

OKay....back from the store.
I'm trying the flax crackers today and I'm eating an artichoke...dipping in melted butter. Got the stuff to make cauliflower pizza...maybe tomorrow night. Zucchini chips & of course...oopsie rolls. That will have to be later this week. |

DEED-- that sounds great! I just want to mention to not overdo flax crackers. Flax in induction is for needed fiber only (and then only a Tbsp or two? a day) something which most folks who eat their allowable veg don't even need. I store my flax seed meal in the freezer to keep it from going rancid and it lasts for a very long time.
