healthy whey to go
am sort of a lurker hear, have found out so very much from all of you on lcing, have read about the whey protein and found just a small packet of Healthey Whey to Go?? does anyone know about this / is it the same stuff as reg. whey protein? probably a dumb question but wanted to be sure of what i am eating. thank you

I love Whey to Go--by Solgar--the packets seem higher in carbs than the cans--the one I buy is 70 cals per scoop 1 carb and 16 g protein--I use a scoop in my faux oatmeal and I am not hungry for 5 hours--I also put it in eggcreams and it is quite satisfying--It seems to be a natural alternative to some of the other whey protein powders and is processed at a low temperature with no artificial sweeteners--highly recommended

thanks for the answer and the welcome, will give it a try now that i know its o.k. have tried a lot of the recipes here and really enjoy most, have also thrown some in the garbage by subbing ingredients and it not working, am retired so have to keep to the cheaper stuff, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt!:
