Instone Pudding Gone

I know some people hate it, but I enjoyed the Instone Pudding - but it looks like I'll be replacing it with something else (per Netrition - sorry if I missed a post on this!):
As of May 6 2008, Instone has lost their contract manufacturer for their pudding product. It is unlikely this product will be made anytime in the near future.

I'm so bummed! I love the chocolate and would buy several at a time. What to do now?

Well, I failed on the first experiment recreating protein pudding with powder, xanthan gum, and H20. Maybe I'll add in some gelatin next time!

Muscle Milk has a protein pudding -- 6 carbs for those who can afford them. The carbs, I mean

Dry mixes available

It's not as sweet as Instone and it comes in dry mix it yourself packages. I think Sly Stallone needs to go pay them a visit, lean on 'em a bit and convince them to keep making it!

It said on the Netrition site that the new owners are considering production and it may be available in the near future.

MMy supply was running low, couldn't wait for them to decide when to start producing again so I did a search figuring some other web sites would still have a supply in stock. Some places were quite expensive, $8.00 for a four pack, but then finally found a place that sold by the case for only a few dollars more than Netrition.
