what's your current favorite concoction?

I call my LC recipes concoctions for some reason LOL.

Ok here are my 5 current favs:

1. Ice+ cream
Whipping cream in a blender, add ice, add Davinci vanilla

2.Boil chicken, save broth, save meat, add rotel tomatoes with chilis, and LOTS of cheese or a block of velveeta

3. Diet sprite add different Davinci syryps

4. Turkey Pepperoni sandwhiches with that laughing cow swiss soft cheese triangles smooshed inside

5. Still loving my sugar cookie tea, add cream ( I bought every box the store has last Dec)

What are some of your current favs?

definitely the "reasonable facsimile of oatmeal" recipe with Kevinpa's Pseudo brown sugar--makes me so very very happy

eggcream with eggbeaters, almondmilk and jello

a mixture of yocheese and waldenfarms caramel dip

thats all for now!

1. homemade alfredo sauce (1 stick of butter, 1 cup cream, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese in a green can)--my DH swears I am trying to kill him with this. It is awesome on anything--chicken, shrimp, squash, eggs.
2. Fage yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and pecans
3. Chocolate coffee--cup of coffee with added cocoa powder, sweetener and cream

Yum! There are some really good ideas in here! Here are some of mine (not too creative though, but these are my "go to"

1. oopsies - make all kinds of sandwiches/french toast etc..with them!
2. meat/cream cheese/pickle roll ups
3. pepperoni chips and dip or pork rinds and dip

One of our celebrity chefs in the UK, Nigella Lawson, once said that Atkins is a diet for people who really love food. Gotta agree with her on that. I'll take that nice bit of lamb I'm doing on the George Foreman tonight, and that butter sauteed broccoli, followed by the blueberries and double cream, over a Low Fat (and miniscule) microwaved lasagna and some chemical flavoured, HFCS laden pudding in a plastic pot, any day!

Sugar Cookie tea and other Christmas teas were by Celestial Seasonings.
I checked their site a few months back and they will ship them to you.
IF, they still have them I mean.

Someone here said to add a drop of cream.
I usually use a tbs of french vanilla sugar free creamer to mine.

1/2 cup of Carb Options chocolate ice cream
1 T peanut butter OR a splash of Raspberry or Carmel SF DV syrup w/ 5 drops of Stevia
