Capella Flavor Drops?
ok I saw these by accident? has anyone ever tried them?
they have no sugar, no sweetners at all, no calories, no carbs... you add your own sweetner as you would wish, people use them to flavor lipglosses, shakes, coffee etc.. I might get some when I save some money for my eggcreams... They come in these flavors, The ones with stars are specifically made for protein shakes Almond Joy * Amaretto Banana Cream Banana Nut Cream Blueberry Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble Boston Cream Pie Butterfinger Butterscotch Caramel Chocolate Caramel Chocolate Macadamia Nut Chocolate Mint Chocolate Peanut Butter Chocolate Raspberry Chocolate Strawberry Cinnamon Cinnamon Danish Swirl * Coconut Cookies & Cream Creme Brule Dolce De Leche Double Chocolate Egg Nog * French Vanilla Graham Cracker Grandma's Apple Pie Hawaiian Coconut Hazelnut Irish Cream Klua & Cream Marshmallow New York Cheesecake Orange Creamsicle Peanut Butter Pralines & Cream Pumpkin Pie Raspberry Raspberry Hazelnut Rocky Road * Snickerdoodle Strawberries & Cream Strawberry Cheesecake Toasted Almond Toasted Coconut Vanilla Almond Vanilla Hazelnut Vanilla Ice Cream Root Beer Float Cream Soda Coconut Biscotti Pistachio Cream Cinnamon Sticky Bun French Toast Facts about Flavor Drops -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All flavor ingredients contained in our Flavor Drop products are approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration or generally recognized as safe (GRAS) on the FEMA (Food & Extract Manufacturers Association) GRAS list or on a reliable published industry list. Capella Flavor Drops are a highly concentrated flavoring without any sweeteners, fats, calories, or sodium. Due to the concentration level of our drops, we avoid adding any preservatives or stabilizers. Unlike syrups which need to add these due to the level of water in their products, the more water you add to your product, the more you need to preserve it from mold growth. Flavor Drops avoids this step by giving you the true flavoring, and avoiding the dilution step altogether, hence Flavor Drops does not contain Potassium Sorbate or any preservative. All Flavor Drops are CORN and PEANUT derivative free! The Capella Coffee Company is the first company to release a flavoring product where we leave the sweetening to you. When we say no sweeteners we mean no sweeteners. NO Sugar - NO Sweet-N-Low - NO Splenda - NO Saccharine - NO Aspartame - NO Caffeine - NO Sodium By leaving the sweetening to you, simply prepare your beverage as you like, if you enjoy sugar or any sweetener, go ahead and add it. Then add your Flavor Drops. Flavor Drops are also " Gluten-Free " for our diet conscious customers. Flavor Drops are "Vegan Friendly", they contain NO Animal products of any kind. What is 'just the flavoring' ? By using a product such as Flavor Drops, you can now add flavor without sweetener. The benefit is you can flavor any "Pre-sweetened" or "Un-sweetened" beverage without adding additional sweetness. Adding flavor has never been so easy and comes without fats or calories.

I have several flavors, and they're now a main staple in my diet. I use them in everything...coffee, shakes, almond breeze, creamed cottage cheese, egg pancakes....everything!
My fave flavors are peanut butter, banana and new york cheesecake. They're supposed to be coming out with a cake batter flavor sometime soon, and I can't wait to try it! Come to think of it, I need to order some more! ![]() |

Yes, they really are good! Be sure not to use too much though because they're so concentrated that too much can cause a bitter taste. I find that different flavors require different amounts. For instance, the peanut butter flavor I can use 3 drops in about a 6 oz. glass, but the banana seems really strong to me, so I usually use 1...maybe 2.
They really are great. They add so much flavor, and I've made so many new, great-tasting additions to my diet thanks to these! |

These sound wonderful, does anyone know if you can use them in baking/baked products, or would heat take away the flavor? I think it would be awesome to but like the Peanut Butter flavor in a CheeseCake minus the calories of the P.B.. Any thoughts? Thanks |

Wow. I have been looking for something exactly like this, as I have pretty much become allergic/sensitive to nearly all artificial sweeteners (except stevia).
Thanks for sharing...I just placed an order!!!! ![]() |

Thanks Raggdoll, I figure all these wonderful flavors to use in certain recipes and just eliminating a bunch of calories. Sounds like a winner to me

I bought a bunch of the Lorann flavorings and they are gross...they taste like chemicals. Are capella better than those?

I received the premium flavors above & have tried everything but the Coconut Biscotti so far. I didn't get any flavor from the first four. Tried them in coffee & a shake & can't taste anything. Will let you know later as I try to adjust the amount of drops I'm using.

I'm enjoying a Root Beer Float egg cream right now! It's delicious! I used 5 drops and let it set for a few minutes. At first it didn't have much flavor, but the longer it sets, the more flavorful it is. Yummy!!!
