My cauliflower breadsticks
![]() My cauliflower Breadsticks A batch of Cauliflower pizza dough (mixed but not baked) mozzarella cheese garlic salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a greased 9X3 loaf pan, press about 1-1/2" deep cauliflower pizza dough. If any is left, use for pizza. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until set. With a spatula loosen the dough around the edges and remove the square of dough to a greased cookie sheet. With a pizza cutter, slice strips through the set dough. Separate slightly. Sprinkle with garlic salt and/or extra mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 degrees until the top browns. Once the oven is preheated to 450 degrees, it is easy to pop in a couple of pizza crusts as well. Serve with marinara sauce (optional). For nutritional information, more recipes and pictures, please visit me blog.

Thank you! They are a little too delicious. I had to make only a few so I wouldn't eat them all... the texture was really very pleasing.

I didn't know how either so I just used a hand mixer. It worked pretty well, it took about 5 minutes tops to get the cauliflower pieces small enough. It was not really grated size, it was bigger but still worked for the pizza crust.

I made the breadsticks last night and my DH ate the whole batch before I knew it and he wont even touch 1/2 the stuff I make because he claims to hate all "diet" food lol. So I was suprised when I saw that. I did however get to eat a couple and they are very tasty and great dipped in marinara sauce.

I have a batch in the oven right now. I quadrupled the recipe and did them in a 9 X 13 pan. I took them out after 50 minuted to put it on the cookie sheet but it didn't feel firm enough to come out of the pan so I put the cookie sheet on top of the pan and just flipped it over. A little stuck to the bottom of the pan so I scrapped it out and put it back in place and stuck it back in the 35 degree oven for 10 more minutes. We will see how that comes out....then I will cut and put the garlic and cheese on it and then back in the oven at 450.
Wish me luck....

Well, my quadruple batch came out pretty good. I don't think I needed to bake them as long as I did because as they cool a little they firm up. I am not very good in the kitchen so I didn't know that....
They were very good though and my DS &DDIL and grandsons all loved them...... |

I doubled the receipe today and made them in a, honestly, I don't know how big. Maybe 9x6? anyway, I don't think I let them cook long enough (I did 30 plus minutes...I was on a work call and the timer was going off) anyway, had a hard time getting them out. NOt because they were stuck, but because they were too soft. I did get them out, put then on the cookie sheet and baked at 450. they never got firm enough....will have to try again but make sure they're "set" better.
thanks Cleo for the receipe. I think you outta open your own LC restaurant for those of us who just can't get the cauliflower receipes just righ..that would be me...(hides her face in shame)

Hey Cleo,
These look SO good...do you by any chance have a picture handy of the pan you use to bake these in? Baking is not really my thing and I can't really picture the pan you are talking about. Thank you so much. |

Hey HevinMonkey, there's pictures of the lasagna wraps in the dish on Cleo's blog: The Lighter Side of Low-Carb You have to scroll down a bit; it's just past the roasted veggie pizza.
