Great Job. At first I thought you were whipping eggs in a food processor with the blade and was wondering how you were going to manage that, then I saw it was beaters. My food processor does not have beaters. This should help lots of people who are having trouble with the process. I also like the cheese mixture. I'll have to try that.

Great video, Nikki!

I saw a Cuisinart food processor with that whip attachment - it was very expensive though. I'll use my KitchenAid stand mixer!

Thanks for the time you took to do that and post it as well.

I really enjoyed your video Nikki and the idea of adding protein powder. I always added Parmesan cheese but will give the powder a try. Thanks for sharing your video. *Ü*

Hey Nikki

was fun watching you make the rolls. You did an excellent job.
I have never seen a food processor with a beater. But Nikki.....
I was so disappointed not to be able to send the end results
Thanks again

Nice job. My batter never comes out as thick as yours did and would have run all over the baking sheet.

I do have a super duper food processor, I use it for everything, it was quite expensive, just under £100. The beauty of it is that you just have the motor and then the extra bits go on top, even the blender (for cocktails) so it doesn't take up loads of room.

Food Processor from the UK

Would you all let us know the brand name of that processor.

I think there is an interest in it here.

I would like to ask my friend in the UK if she has one?

Will look forward to seeing the video aboard ship after we sail away.

Thanks for posting that. I think I'll try your clockwise, through the middle technique for my next batch. The ones I made the other day came out perfect, but then I got all cocky so tonight's batch was a teensy bit runny.

I could listen to you talk allllll day, love the accent!

I am sure you are a fine cook! It's just a bit of practice combined with a bit of science.

Hi

You don't need to sub anything for the protein powder. But if you wanted to and are not on Induction you could try ground almonds or flaxmeal.
