Sara-- you have no idea how much I hate detest loath want to vomit on pork rinds. They smell like butt in crumb form.
Still, would you believe me if I told you you never even taste them? My whole family ate the heck out of these! They were falling out of their chairs when they found out the breading was pork rinds and Mrs Dash! Bwahaaa!!! Chalk another one up for guerilla cooking! These are AWESOME!
Let's just say my hubby is a wing nut and ate half the recipe. My kids horked down the rest. And the mozzarella sticks? I had to fend people off of those armed only with a pair of tongs and my cunning wit. But mostly the tongs. |

OMG don't tell me you coated wings then called them BUFFALO WINGS!!
That is blasphemy, heresy, gasping for breath holding on to wall...... Regaining composure. breathing deeply... Shante...Shante....Shante.....Ommmm... Ommmmmmm I'm sure they are delicious but this upstate NY girl gets a little emotional when people bread or coat their chicken wings fry em up and call them 'you know what' insert name of Upstate NY city that sits on a Great Lake. But since you live west of the Mississippi and invented Ooopsie Buns I will forgive you and maybe even try them they do look good. I'll just call them something else. Rocky Mountain Wings. Denver Wings. Colorado Crispy Cluckers

Maybe she should call them "Little Rock" wings. Sooooooo-EEEEEEEEEEEE pig!
Okay, so if you don't know this already...I'm from the SEC where football is a religion, NOT a sport. So, The Arkansas Razorbacks might make a good locale for Cleo's wings. And now to atone for typing the cheer of another football team, I need to face Tuscaloosa and yell ROOOOOOLLLLLLLLLL TIIIDDDDEEEE! 10 times. *whew* NOW I feel better...... |

Looks great. I even like pork rinds. I thought about doing this to msuhrooms or zuchinni. I like fried zuchinni.
So do you sit around thinking up new recipes? If so, we sure are glad. I am waiting until after induction to try your oopsie rolls. They look fantastic. |

Bossy little thing you are. Hmmph!
Make me come in here, grossed out by rinds, then... taunt me with your gorgeous culinary creations. Some new best friend you are! Actually, these will be welcome additions to my Super Bowl menu. Might try it on Linda Sue's poppers instead of bacon, too! Olive Juice! |
