redtoile-- The stuff smells badly, but it makes AWESOME crumbs for frying. I'm going to try fried, breaded popcorn shrimp very soon! (I have baby shrimpies sitting naked in the freezer)

Daisy-- words just can't express the smell of pork rinds. even the kids were like, "Dude! What is that STINK?!" My daughter picked one out of the bag and took a bite. I caught her trying to sneak it back into the bag. Little scamp.

deb3-- We're borg! I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised!

Lickrish-- my friend Kimberly swears she drives over the bag to flatten them out, but she also has a thing for blond tv vampires, so I'm leaving it at that. I agree regarding the chicken tasting just like a restaurant! I have had wings from various places, and these are JUST as good; only you choose your own sauces and know precisely what you're eating!

The mozzarella sticks rock my socks. You can even cut them into halves or thirds for mozzarella bites.

I LOVE pork rinds. I wasn't able to find any around here for a while but spotted them in the International Foods Section at Giant Eagle last night. Grabbed 3 bags. Thing is though, they are VERY spicy!! I need to drown them in sour cream to eat them! I may have to try the mozzerella sticks with them though!

Briar MOst grocery stores carry them. They will be near the chips, so wear blinders. I bought mine at Aldi's. I have bought them at other grocery stores befor. I actually like them. Sometimes I sprinkle Franks hot sauce on them.

2 of my cats are named Ozzy and Willow, not that you needed to know that but since I was sharing anyway.

Tommys-- I'm actually down even more than that, but am not going to change my stats until Monday. It's shocking what diet and exercise can do. Thank you for the good wishes!

CrzyCatLAdy-- I love it! My kids named out cats after anime characters. It is good to know you've named yours after one of my favorite tv couples!

LOL last night I was eating the Hot N Spicy pork rinds. My husband leaned over to kiss my puppy (he got me for Christmas *DAW*) and he started to gag and made a stinky face. He was about to accuse my puppy of farting until he saw my bag o' rinds. Then he just went, "Oh.."

Aldi had pork rinds last week and even different flavors.
That was the first time I had seen them there though.
All our grocery stores and gas stations have them though.

Gosh 20 years ago when my friends ate them I gagged.
NOW I want them hahahaah.

Cleo your posts are so funny!
I wish I was a hoot like you
I think you were born a comedian!

Rory wins the funniest avatar though. I love it!

Good Holy Batman, Cleo.

I'm officially moving into your house.

The hubby and I and my three kids (and possibly the dog, and the fish) can stay in your living room if you don't have an extra bedroom.

moonmirror-- I have plenty of space. Your kids will have to fight mine for Guitar Hero, though. And that could be pretty ugly.

Tecno-- I gag even thinking the words p-- r--... now, however, I can buy the bag and throw it in the cart under stuff, knowing I want to crush its existence to bits anyway.

Funny! My youngest daughter used to lick Doritos and put them back in the bowl. Good times.

I am making these tomorrow night for a girl's night. Thank you!

OMG I JUST HAD CHICKEN NUGGETS. With homemade hon... er, stevia mustard. Had to fight my parents for 'em. Thanks for this oh-so-easy recipe, Jamie! I'd heard of the technique, but your pictures tempted the fat person inside me who used to love McDick's nuggets. These were 100X better, of course!

tweaks: fried in coconut oil, used a blend of thyme, oregano, marjoram, and garlic powder

*burps* 'scuse!

^^Have you tried queso fresco? It's mexican frying cheese. Bet that would work beautifully for this. Has a pretty neutral (mozzarella like?) flavor, and holds up well to heat. You can get it at Wal-Mart.
