Barbo, I made the same thing a while back...Gosh we think alike. It truly does taste better the second day. I just will make it only on special occasions because like Jay, I will want to eat the 'whole thing'. The only thing is I didn't use Kevin's pudding recipe...I definitely will try that...BTW, I really like your website!!!!!!

I had French Toast TOO!!!

I made them with the extra batter. The waffle maker was too slow (I have an old one) so I threw the rest in the oven and made French toast!

Thanks!! I bought Smuckers SF...it is pretty good. 8 carbs/7 sugar alcohols/ 1/4 cup. I think...I will have to double check the servings.

OK, S1mon3, you are now required to move here with Dedicated, and live in our little row, and cook with Cleo...

Did I miss where you told how you're doing sun dried tomato rolls???

Stop it!

Hey that credit goes to Miss Mary...we purchased sun-dried tomato pesto sauce from the grocery store. The sauce is considerably low in carbs. All you have to do is add the sauce to the yolk mixture then to the whites. I haven't tasted the final result yet, but Mary said they were yummy and by the looks of her hamburger it was!! The pesto I bought tastes good out of the jar, I am thinking it can only add to the goodness of oopsies! Mine are still cooking...

You can also use Spicy Chipotle Mayonnaise for a little kick to your oopsies!

It's good to give your oopsies a swift kick on occasion.

Yeah, a swift kick in those sun dried buns!! Sorry couldn't help myself!

I think you'll like them. Actually it wasn't my idea though, and alas I cannot take the credit. The idea came from another gal on here, NeedtoLose30!

Ooooooooo.. Well I don't have the mayo, but I have different types of Chipolte sauce...

Well shoot, I totally missed the sun dried tomato post. I'll have to hunt it down and purchase the pesto...

Not to mention a waffle maker.. I think I can now justify a Hello Kitty one...

Cleo, I sent your blog link and this forum link to a woman my hub unit worls with.. He told her about the pizza and the Oppsies.. Not sure which part of town she lives in, but I'm thinking the stores better up their cauli order...
