s1mon-- so, did the flax add anything to it, in your opinion? That sounds very nice!

I guess I really can't tell. The crust was really strudy, and I am not sure if the dusting of flax was the reason. I would have to make it without the flax to compare...It sure was good though!

I still do pizza-- I just hork the toppings and stay way from the crust. I just have to watch the salt!

Yes, I sneak a few toppings here and there...I just have to be careful doing that though. I tend to get really weak when I am that close to the real thing..Sometimes I accidentally slip a piece or two of the crust in with the toppings...

I have been cooking my life away...but if I don't I'm likely to eat 5lbs of gummies (fruit snacks are my fave) and rice by the truck loads. So I need to cook enough ahead of time.

I used the three egg recipe left out the splenda but added adobo, oregano, parsley and some other seasonings in the yolk.
It's funny I'm not a pizza fan....but I am now!!!

Seriously BJ"s might have to be on my list tomorrow......I'll pick up 2 5lbs the way I'm going...

Yeah I don't really eat hot dogs whole, but I will chop it up quickly...

I couldn't find a pizza pan in the house sooo it's square!

This would be me. If I got this close I'd be afraid. Very afraid. It would all be over and this fat lady would be cryin', not singin'. That and I'm always scared there's sugar hidden up in there somewhere... but I sure loved them things back in the day... I DO like the ground beef crust pizza but this. This looks MARVELOUS...

my oopsie experiment this weekend is to try making a roll cake. I am thinking of making a double oopsie recipe with extra splenda and a splash of Davinci and filling it with Linda Sue's Buttercream icing. Now I haven't made a roll cake since 12th grade home ec.....so we'll see how it goes.

Hey your pizzas look great!!! I tried a thin crust pizza tonight too, lol!

I made the regular 3 egg oopsie recipe and also added oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and a little salt to the yolk mixture. I then spread the oopsie batter on a pizza pan and then sprinkled flax meal and a little parmesan cheese on top and baked that for about 35-40 minutes. When, I saw that it was brown I took it out of the oven. It turned out nice and crispy. I then topped it with my own LC pizza sauce that I made - using tomato paste, tomato sauce, seasoning. Then I topped it with shredded mexican blend cheese and a little oregano and put it back in the oven until the cheese was melted.

It turned out very good! My kids even loved it! It was just like a normal thin crust pizza!
