Yes, I sneak a few toppings here and there...I just have to be careful doing that though. I tend to get really weak when I am that close to the real thing..Sometimes I accidentally slip a piece or two of the crust in with the toppings...

This would be me. If I got this close I'd be afraid. Very afraid. It would all be over and this fat lady would be cryin', not singin'. That and I'm always scared there's sugar hidden up in there somewhere... but I sure loved them things back in the day...
I DO like the ground beef crust pizza but this. This looks MARVELOUS... |

Hey your pizzas look great!!! I tried a thin crust pizza tonight too, lol!
I made the regular 3 egg oopsie recipe and also added oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and a little salt to the yolk mixture. I then spread the oopsie batter on a pizza pan and then sprinkled flax meal and a little parmesan cheese on top and baked that for about 35-40 minutes. When, I saw that it was brown I took it out of the oven. It turned out nice and crispy. I then topped it with my own LC pizza sauce that I made - using tomato paste, tomato sauce, seasoning. Then I topped it with shredded mexican blend cheese and a little oregano and put it back in the oven until the cheese was melted. It turned out very good! My kids even loved it! It was just like a normal thin crust pizza! |

Also, I wanted to share some great deals I found on some low carb staples - and I hope you have these stores near you too.
At GFS: I found 2.5 dozen eggs -for $3.99 At CostCo: 3 lbs. of cream cheese for $4.99 3 lbs. big tub of sour cream for $3.79 1/2 gallon of heavy cream for $5.89 2 lb. block of mozzarella cheese $5.29 These are items I use all the time - and they usually last me for a whole month ( I have a family of 4). I can make several batches of oopsies during the month for right around $9 - pretty good price, I think. also wanted to add that sometimes I use 3 eggs, 1 oz. of cream cheese and 2 oz. of sour cream to make my oopsies. I do this to save on some calories and sodium. So far, they've turned out great for me and don't notice much of a difference from using 3 oz. of cream cheese. So far, I've made oopsies for chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, chicken salad sandwiches. I've also made oopsie french toast and it was great! Tonight I made the oopsie pizza and it was wonderful! Next, I will experiment more with sweet oopsie recipes - like a oopsie yellow cake with strawberries and whip cream frosting!!! |

Oh..Oh... I asked about that sour cream deal on the other rev roll thread! http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ma...ml#post9967370 Thanks!!
Did you ever try them with only the sour cream? Cream cheese tends to stall me so I usually use the original revolution roll recipe with either cottage cheese or mayo, though I do like them all. ![]() Quote:
