? for Kevinpa
I was wondering if I could freeze your chocolate chip cookie dough? I don't really want to make a whole batch because I'll it them all and I don't know any lc'ers.

If I want less I usually make half or quarter batchs of things rather than freeze it. |

I have frozen Kevin's chewy pecan cookie dough with no ill effects. In fact, now I usually whip up several batches, freeze half, and use the rest as refrigerator cookie dough, baking off a few cookies when the need hits.

Lori,
I freeze all my cookie doughs. I even roll them in to the size I want or drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put them in a freezer bag and take out what I want to cook out. Works out great for me. |
