Great Holiday appetizer!
Seafood Deviled Eggs
12 Eggs 1/2 cup mayo 1 tsp seafood seasoning 1/2 tsp parprika 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/2 cup cooked salad shrimp (chopped) 1 can (6 oz) lump crab meat, drained 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley Prepare eggs as usual for deviled eggs. Mash yolks with a fork and add mayo, seasoning, paprika and ground mustard, shrimp and crab. Spoon into egg white halves Just before serving , sprinkle with bacon and parsley. Yum! |
