ThickenThin not/Starch
I placed an order with Netrition and received it today excited to make Kevin's Cake or Cookie Flour Mix. Turns out they sent not/STarch instead of the not/Sugar I ordered.
I really don't want to wait a few more days to get the not/sugar if I don't have to. So... it seems I read somewhere that the 2 may be interchangeable. Could I use the not/Starch in this blend? And could I use it in any recipe that calls for not/Sugar? I really hope so ![]() |

So Anna's lesson for the day is to read through the thread BEFORE posting the same question!
It's not really the same, though. I'm assuming since the flour mix is used for baking that this would be an acceptable substitute, but I'd still like confirmation from someone who knows more than just a good guess. Thanks! |
