Kevin, you pie crust is great......
but, have you tried it with your LC flour mix? Just curious.
I just made a Dbl recipe of the Dbl crust recipe, and divided by 5. I am going to use one to make a single crust pie....using jell-o and Jell-o instant pudding, as per Carolyn's recipe. The other 4 I wrapped and put in the freezer. I felt that there was a bit more crust than I wanted with the Dbl Crust recipe, and this will give me a bit less per pie. Bette |

Not yet Bette but its high on my list of things to try. I have several bags of frozen cranberries that need to be used up and will be making a chocolate cranberry pie soon.
