What a TREASURE!

You seriously need an online cookbook we can download... I am going to make my own. I would kick myself if I lost all of these goodies.

You make low-carbing wonderful.

Wow Kevin, what a present to all of us. I've been gone almost half the summer, and this is the first thing I saw. What a lot of work, but very, very appreciated. Thanks.

And maybe you'll be patient with me. . .

Your cake/cookie pastry flour. . .Love it. . .when you "convert" a tried and true recipe for use with the flour blend. . .have you thought about a "Link" to those new easier recipes . .

I know I'm a pest. . .but I like the ease of the latest creations. . .with the flour blend. . .I'm not pulling out all those containers. . .every time, IYKWIM!

(have biscotti in the oven right now)

No rush, and maybe you've already done it, and I'm too scatterbrained to have found it.

Thanks.

And write that cookbook. . .you need the $$ for all your hard work! Or get someone to package and sell your flour blend.

Janie

Kevin, about 2 months ago my computer crashed--the one with the LC recipes. . .and last holiday season I made a recipe of a roll/slice and bake cookie--and I'm pretty sure it was your recipe. I've looked and can't find it. . .does it ring any bells with you? I think it was carbquik based. Kind of like a Pillsbury sugar cookie roll. . .

I'm eventually taking the computer for file retrieval. . .but in the meantime and (ONLY if it sparks a memory) thought you might know which recipe.

Back up. . .yeah, I've heard of it! I do have print outs. . .but they are Yikes! Not organized!!

Never mind, it was the PB Sugar Cookie, yours of course, in the index. . .but no telling what else I'll be looking for. . .

If it weren't for you, my poor DH wouldn't be eating pizza right now! Your recipes are used in our household AT LEAST 3 times a week!

Thank you SO MUCH for your hard work!

PS> YOU are the reason I got a food processor as a X_Mas gift!

Deila, I have to ask, is this a good thing or a bad thing.

I used to get in major trouble for buying DW any gift for christmas or birthday that meant or was associated with work.

Ohhhh trust me Kev..... that was a VERY GOOD THING!!! I've been wanting a new one ever since I lost my other one in 2002.

It was pretty easy to convince DH to get me one. I would just point out all the different recipes I wanted to try that I KNEW would pique his interest.... and follow THAT up with sighing and saying how, "I can't make it without a processor."

The White Bread thread and a recipe for pizza dough finally pushed him over the edge.

Of course, HE uses it as well. He FINALLY figured out that he no longer had to cut all of our monthly cheese BY HAND!

In all seriousness though... you truly SHOULD check into coming out with a book. You've done enough 'tried and true' recipes that I am POSITIVE would make a good cook book!

Thanks again Kevin.
