Calzone
I just made the best Calzone I used one of the Josephs Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita's stuffed it with Ricotta, Pepperoni and Mozzarella and put a little butter and Garlic on the outside.
I baked it for about 30 minutes and heated up about an ounce of the Ragu Light to dip it in. It is a little more carbs then I normally eat in a meal since the Pita is 5 net carbs but for a once in a while treat it is worth it. |

that sounds awesome. I've never had those pitas. I bet it would be good to take those fillings and make a quesidilla with a low carb tortilla too.

I was surprised I really liked the Pitas I am not a bread eater so that part has always been easy.
I am thinking about doing a Cheese Steak in one next week LOL |

What a fab idea- just bought the Toufayan brand, served lamburgers with them. Will have to try the calzone idea.
