Anyone tried hemp seed in their cooking?

... like in muffins or pancakes

It seems to be pretty low in sugars... only 3%

I like to sprinkle hemp hearts on peanut butter spread on a flax muffin. If it wasn't so expensive, I would eat it regularly.
