Mmmmmm I just made this:
1/2 scoop Designer Whey Vanilla 1 pump SF caramel syrup 1/2 pkt splenda 1 tsp unsalted natural PB dash of light salt - which brings out sweetness 24 sec in my microwave at 80% power. Now this tasted like a PB cookie to me. Loved it. This one could be dangerous. |

I finally got a perfect cookie. I made it with chocolate protein powder a dash of vanilla, cinnamon, and butter and a dash of davinci's carmel syrup. Amazing.

Allrighty here is my recipe
I put 2 Tb spoons of chocolate spy protein in a cereal bowl, I had 1 teas of melted butter, 1/2 teas of vanilla and 1/2 teas of caramel davinci syrup and mix together then i add aout 1 teas of water as needed. Then I press down flat i my cereal bowl and nuke it for 15 sec check and then in my microwave i did it for an extra 10 seconds. I top it off with about 1-2 teas of S.F Cool whip I just enjoyed it ..To me it is very good and helps my chocolate cravings. Hope u enjoyI tried raspberry davici's syrup and that was really good. I just had my mom try it and she loved it. She is allergic to flour etc. so the soy means she can enjoy a cookie now ![]()

I've been playing with this for an oatmeal cookie, and it's still a bit dry, but I think I'm on to something.
I whirled about 1/3 cup of oatmeal in my mini-processor for a few seconds just to break it up; I didn't want flour. 1 Tblsp oatmeal 2 Tblsp vanilla whey protein powder 1 teasp coconut oil 1 teasp or more water to get mixable consistency I sometimes use a mix of water and vanilla DaVinci's I've been baking for 25 seconds. I may try it a bit shorter time. |

Zib: Oatmeal..yummy..throw in a raisin or two..Remember oatmeal is like a sponge, so it really might require more liquid..I might let it sit for a few minutes, then look at it..

I also have been playing with a Oatmeal cookie idea. My goal is to have a breakfast cookie with enough protein to hold me over. Here is what I came up with.
Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie 1 pkg McCann's Irish Oatmeal, Sugar-free, Apples and Cinnamon (from Net.) 1 -2 Tablespoon plain whey protein powder 1 pkg splenda (makes a very sweet cookie) 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder (Can use pumpkin or apple pie spice or Cinnamon) 2 tsp melted butter (I used the I can't beleive its not butter spray) 2 tsp water 1 tsp raisens (optional) I use a small flat plate, mix all the ing. on the plate. Work it in with a fork. Flatten the dough out to large cookie size about 3", patting the edges to have even thickness. Microwave 30 sec then turn over and MW another 10-15 sec. (my MW is 850 watt) let the cookie cool a few minuets before eating. the cooler it gets the crunchier it is. The McCann's Irish Oatmeal, Sugar-free, Apples and Cinnamon oatmeal mix has 18 carbs and 3 fiber, 2gr fat and 4 gr protein I think using 2 tsp of D. Ginger s.f. syrup instead of the water would be good but I would omit the splenda pck. |

I just made this using the basic recipe and it was pretty good. I'm sure I'll be experimenting with the other recipes in this thread. Especially the one with the peanut butter.
