spinach beef alfredo - recicpe share

[COLOR="Magenta"]The other night I browned some beef - drained it - and then put about 1 cup of heavy cream in the same pan -- let it simmer for a bit -- added in some spinach and let it heat -- added some fresh parmasan then added the beef back to it - added more parm covered it and turned off the heat -- it was very good. ... Oh, that sounds yummy!

Of COURSE I'd have to tweak - I'd add a little cubed up cream cheese and probably a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce and garlic would be mandatory in my kitchen! LOL!
