HI, I just saw your recipe for the chicken pie . It looks great. What kind of soup do you use that only has 7.5 carbs per can????? I love mushroom soup. I would love to be able to eat it again. Thank`s !!!!

I don't know what kind Kevinpa used, but there is one on Linda's low carb site that is called "Dotties Mushroom soup for recipes". It has 9 grams net carbs and I am sure it would work.

That pot pie looks awesome, I am going to try it after I get thru induction.

A can of Campbell's Chicken and Mushroom soup has
7g carbs per serving
4g fiber per serving

3g net carbs per servings with 2.5 servings per can.

That is a total 7.5g net carbs per can.

I have never been able to find the Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup, so I use Cream of Chicken with Herbs - it's 9 carbs per serving 2 fiber so 7 net per serving, 2.5 servings to the can so 17.5 for the can divided by 6 servings would add 2.9 carbs per serving.

Dottie's soup is great if you have the time to make it, but in a pinch the Cream of Chicken with Herbs is an alternative.

I've found the Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup at Super Walmart on rare occasion, and at Meijer stores. When I do find it, I buy several cans, since many places do not carry it.
