OHHHHHHHHHH this looks delicious!!

Thank you for posting the "base" recipe! I love this type of easy recipe for a really good base of something that I can play around with flavorings.

I love ricotta... its got a nice balance of fat and protein.

Tooter my darling. I keep forgetting to post, to tell you we love this! My daughter has told me we can never run out of it, and has asked if I've told you we love it.. I've made 4 or 6 now, {I can't remember... I make 2 at a time{ in the past, less than 2 weeks... The girl and her Dad like sausage in theirs, I like the bacon, and put broc. in with it, the last one...

I finally got around to making this yesterday and it was delicious! I made mine with fresh tomato and chives and served with a side of thick cut bacon for brunch. The leftovers are good too! Thanks!

This IS tasty! Thanks Tooter for posting . I'd never think to mix it up like that. I used bacon and broccoli in mine.
