I have heard about this great bread but can't find the recipe.

Thanks,

I can post my version. I make them like muffins but it's the same recipe except I use 4 eggs instead of 5.

Spongebob's flax muffin

Recipe By : Spongebob
Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : breakfast

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 cup flax seed -- actually 2 cups milled
1 cup walnuts, English -- chopped
1/2 cup Splenda -- granulated splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 large eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup sugar substitute syrup -- vanilla davinci's
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon extracts -- banana

mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl, add dry ingredients into wet and mix well

immediately transfer batter to Pam/etc-sprayed muffin pan

bake at 350F for 15min. or until it passes the knife/toothpick/etc. test. If using a shiny silver pan you might have to bake 20 minutes or more.

remove from pan immediately and cool. I like to top them with 1/3 block of cream cheese and 2 packets splenda warmed until soft.

store these in tupperware/rubbermaid in the refrigerator

Yield:
1 muffin
