I made some last night, and added the oat fiber. I was pleasantly surprised that as the poster who suggested it said, I did not taste it. It is there, and will add fiber, but doesn't give it a floury taste!
I also added some vanilla extract, which actually enhances the chocolate! I used a blend of Erythritol, Xylitol, and stevia extract, which I blended to a pwd. I put toasted slivered almonds on half. Mmmmm I wishie I would have a wooshie!!! Afraid it doesn't happen for me. But it sure does taste good, and I'm still getting good for me snacks.

I just made this today yum!
4 tbsp Organic EVCO 4 tsp organic cocoa powder 1/4 tsp liquid vanilla creme stevia It was good. I think next time I might just make it 1 T cocoa powder and just shy of 1/4 tsp stevia. I'm going to order some chocolate raspberry stevia or english toffee not sure which yet. My kids loved it. |

I just made my second batch today. I added an ounce of walnuts since that's all I had around the house, and used extra virgin coconut oil with the little pieces of coconut meat. I made a recipe each; one plain and one with nuts. I just used EZ-Sweetz and a spoonful of erythritol plus a double shot of pure vanilla extract. Oh man. It's so good! And I noticed with my last batch I'd only eat about a tablespoon sized piece and I was totally satisfied. Any more and the oil would get to me so it's natural portion control.
Best part was after I scooped the coconut oil out I had some on my fingers, so I just rubbed it all over my arms. Smells great and my skin is glowing! lol |

Just finished making this little batch of yummy-ness!
I used 3 packets of splenda for sweetner and 1/4c chopped toasted walnuts...spooned equal portions into 6 round silicone muffin top pan portions. 10mins in the freezer and they pop right out. Three left over to store in the frig. Even Hubby said they were good... and he isn't Low Carb! Might try to add a little vanilla next time... or some coconut shavings! Thank you for sharing!.... ![]() Would like to post a picture of the end product, but my little box in the corner says I can't post any attachements yet! |

I was low on cocoa powder so today I made a batch with 6 T coconut oil (virgin), almost a T of cocoa, a T of International Coffee SF french vanilla coffee powder, a few drops EZ-Sweetz, about a T of erythritol and 1 serving ground almonds (if "ground" means beat the heck out of them with a frying pan! lol).
It's almost too sweet. Next time I'll go easier on the sweetening, but it's really really good. Next time I'm thinking vanilla flavor with a little raspberry Da Vinci syrup. Maybe some coconut if I have it. |

I made some today! just dumped stuff in though. I used 3 small squares of 85% chocolate and a buttload of coconut oil. I haven't tasted it yet though. I also added a little stevia glycerite.
I also made some using to strips of white sugarfree chocolate. Melted, added som CO, HWC and stevia with vanilla taste. I hope it turns out good! |

It was too much oil! I threw it out :/ I haven't tasted the dark chocolate one, I added coconut flakes to it. It looked OK. I'll taste later!

if you add too much oil, you can just remelt it and add more of the other ingredients, like cocoa powder and sweetener. I've remelted batches before to fix them. You don't need to throw it out, it's not like cookies or some other recipes that are ruined once finished.
I hope your next batch comes out to your taste. |

![]() Another think I discovered, as far a sweeteners go, is that most are not oil soluble, so if it is a crystal going in, it will stay crystallized, so powdering your sweetener would get a better taste and less grittiness. Since the liquid sweeters are water based using too much will cause it to separate, but I have been experimenting with putting them over heat (power and liquid) and melting it and driving some water off, I haven't tried using heated syrup for cocoa bark yet, but it makes for great brittle type sugar end product. I don't know how I'd incorporate it. maybe stir the oil and cocoa together first, then heat the sugar in a pan till it's syrupy, then add the cocoa oil to the sugar syrup in the pan,and let cool. Ah Man, now I gotta go try this to see if it works or comes out garbage.![]()
