This cake is good! Mine turned out like a cakey, but gooey brownie. Kevin, I used the chocolate frosting recipe from another one of your posts except without the orange flavoring. I left the cake as a single sheet cake and when frosted it was nice, shiny, yummy and moist! And back to the cakey brownie idea..next time I may put pecans in here. Ooo...and maybe even experiment with a cream cheese twirl effect!

Kevin, I wish you did mail order. This is my first post and all your recipes have me drooling at my desk. I buy all my stuff from netrition, but they are OOS of the powdered erythritol. Can I just food processor the granulated stuff until it becomes powdered?

when I am out of powdered I grind the granular in my braun coffee grinder and that works but I can never get it fine enough in a food processor when I tried that.

TYVM!

I hope you know I'm doing a huge order at netrition based solely on your recipes. I ordered last week the single box of carbquik to see if I liked it (plus they were OOS of the 5lb bag). and the cheese biscuits were great. So now I'm going to buy 3 or 4 5lb bags so I can make the 8 cups of mix you have on hand, plus I want to do the foodsaver bags of cake mix.

I'm glad I print at work, because I would be out of ink by the time I finished printing off your recipes. Thank you for all your work!
