Snow Cream!!

We are getting a significant amount of snow tonight, so I decided to whip up some low carb snow cream. I used snow, splenda, vanilla, and half and half, I didn't have any heavy cream on hand. It was just like eating a big bowl of vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
