Valentine's Day Meal

Does anyone have a good romantic V-day dinner menu? I want to make a nice LC dinner for my hubby.

Our favorite is steamed lobster tail with drawn butter/lemon, sauteed spinach in garlic olive oil and pine nuts, ovenfried sweet potato fries, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne! For dessert a few Trader Joe's SF chocolate covered almonds. All is well.

You really can't beat a good steak. Most men say it is their favorite meal. Serve it with a nice salad, a green veggie and sauteed onions and mushrooms along with a glass of wine. Dessert not needed.

Here is a menu I posted on another thread that I used for New Years Eve, but would work well for any romantic occasion:

Appetitizer - Shrimp and sliced avacado cocktail with what I call California Style Chipolte Cocktail Sauce
Entree - Something that I call Fruits of the Sea Primavera (scallops, crab, and shrimp w/artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onion, and broccoli in a white wine and cheese sauce) served over Dreamfields linguini. I will serve a glass of Sauvigon Blanc with the entree.
Dessert - l/c Baked Alaska for 2 w/a low carb chocolate sauce.

WOE: Back to Atkins
Start Date: This restart - 10/1/12
We've made bacon-wrapped filet mignon, creamed spinach, and cheesecake as one meal, and chicken parmesan, spaghetti squash (or Dreamfields), and almond pound cake as another. I them both.
