Soft Foods? HELP!
I broke a tooth last night and cant get to the dentist till monday...all Ive eaten today is a piece of cheese. I'm determined to stay on plan, although the easiest things (mashed potatoes, pudding) are off limits. Any ideas of anything I can eat? Thanks!

how about egg drop soup super easy and you don't have to chew it, sugar free jello would work as well not sure how sensitive you are to temp though with that broken tooth

I make it because it is so easy and I know what I put in it. If you don't have any chicken broth, you can use chicken bouillion. I would thicken it just a little with xanthan gum, before stirring in beaten eggs. That is all there is to it.

Also, protein shakes are great and very handy..Go get some protein powder and make your own with some half/half and water and ice..You need to keep up your protein and your fat. Oh..get the whey and check for carbs..
