Asparagus in a Ziplock Bag

Here is a great way to cook asparagus:

Take a bunch of it and wash it! My store had it on sale for $1.03 per bunch.

Toss it in a One gallon Ziplock bag.

Toss in two pats of butter

Shake in some salt

Shake in some lemon pepper.

Splash in about a quarter cup of water

Nuke it in the microwave for 8 minutes.

Leave it to steam in there while your meat is cooking, maybe another 5 minutes or so.

This is so easy and good! I love ziplock bags!
