storage for whey protein
Whey protein isolate is something I only use occasionally and I had to buy a large container. Is there a better way to store than just sitting in the pantry? The container is kinda big to put in the refrigerator but I could vacuum pack some if it extends the shelf life.

I buy the really big container to save money and only use it for baking, so it sits around for a long time -- I just keep it in the cupboard, but I've never noticed any change in taste or anything else to indicate that it's gone bad.

Me too, I keep it tightly capped in a cool dark cupboard and haven't ever noticed anything "off" about it.
