I finally got all the ingredients to make your chocolate chip cookies and your DW was correct. They are a damn fine cookie. Now I just hope they freeze well, because I am having trouble keeping my husband out of them. Made the bread yesterday and had my first poached egg on toast in a very long time this morning. My thanks

They freeze very well Jeannie. I have about 1 1/2 dozen in my freezer and like to eat them frozen. Another cookie that freezes well is the chocolate sandwich cookies. Frozen is the only way we eat those around here anymore....almost like a little ice cream sandwich.
