Chocolate drizzle for cheesecake

Does anyone know of how to make a good chocolate drizzle? I have a bar (pretty big but I may not need the entire thing) of Unsweetned Chocolate. I am buying 7' LC cheesecake and want to drizzle some good ole chocolate over it........any suggestions? or should I just buy a lc candy bar and melt it?

Hi..In answer to your pm, I did a search and this is what I found..I have made this..it's great:

Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce

1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate or 1 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons DiabetiSweet (you COULD use Splenda)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In saucepan, melt butter and chocolate squares on low heat.
Add DiabetiSweet and dissolve.
Add cream and bring to boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Mixture will slightly thicken as it cools.

2 servings
Best if eaten warm... poured over cold ice cream.
Also great dirzzled over cheesecake.
