How do I cook spagetti squash?

 anyone? I bought one and want to cook it for supper (it is induction friendly right?). Do I slice it an bake it (halves), and if so, how long and at what temp? Do I need to put some water in the oven to keep it moist? I'm so confused

cut it in half, seed it, put it into a microwavable glass bowl w/ a bit of butter inside the squash, put a bit of water into the bowl (not IN the squash, just around it in the bowl) and cover w/ plastic wrap. Microwave for 5-10 minute depending on the size. It is delicious and fast!

oh yeah, and a little butter goes a long way with this. I love spaghetti squash and so does my family...really good with stirfry over it. But have to be careful, it is quite starchy, don't do on induction and don't do every day on OWL...and don't eat the whole thing in one sitting ....I have done that
