Favorite salad dressing recipes? - Page 2

I can't remember where I found this recipe but have made it several times and we think it is very nice!

Creamy Vinaigrette

1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup olive oil

1 Measure vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise into processor. Add garlic, a pinch of salt, and a few grindings of pepper. Pulse a few times to mix well.
2 While processing, slowly pour oil into mixture, first in droplets, then in a slow, steady stream to emulsify.

Servings: 4

Ditto! I made the dressing yesterday and we had it on our salad tonight. I made it with Linda Sue's Better "Heinz" Ketchup and the posted amount of grandular Splenda plus 4 drops of SweetLeaf Stevia Clear.
