new sweet tooth concuction

I don 't know what my prob was today no, not TOM that was 1 1/2 weeks ago, but I was food crazy all day, so i overate @ dinner (i sauteed ground chicken, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic& ginger). For dessert I was trying stallone's banana creme pudding and i only had two tbs & into the garbage it went without satisfying my sweet tooth.

So i took

1oz l/f cream cheese +1tb pb made from peanuts only microwave untill melted 20-30 sec then add +1/2 tbs cocoa powder+ a splash of s/f fr.vanilla davinci's mix well and enjoy
Yummm

Today was one of the bad days and i consumed a lot more cals than planned but still on induction lever carbs.

Sounds interesting. I also like Stallone's pudding even though yours went into the garbage

Those "concotchcans" don't usually lead to anything good, trust me. They work their way into "really big" treats you dream up, thinking they are "legal". Just my opinion. Been there and done that. Can lead to a "Nuttela" binge.

hope not
i've been making cream cheese+ cocoa and all diff variations for the past 3 weeks and that's what got me through them. I have 3oz custard cups that I use for portion control(they are never filled to the brim). And besides today i haven't gone over my intended cal intake. But I'm doing extra time(230cals) on my bike to compensate for something that will not be repeating very often in the future.
oh and btw I didn't finish the concuction the other half is in the fridge for tom morning .

nutella is death I loved it in my past sugary carb life!!! and i did try to create it with s/f hazelnut davinci's last week lol

I only mentioned it to save someone alot of misery. I got hung up with those kinds of "made up" things, plus the Nutella, that I had in a cabinet for almost 2 yrs and never touched or looked at. Suddenly it came upon me to "taste some", and it went on from there, took me several months to overcome, pounds went up and down, and so forth. I remember that time and I shudder is all. I was prediabetic, so it is a dangerous thing to do if one has blood sugar problems, all the ups and downs I mean. It just lead me down a wrong path, I don't have the will power to keep that stuff around. I guess I should feel lucky my husband is diabetic, so he doesn't want any of that stuff either.
It would be harder to resist then.

I wish you success!!!!

I was in a "sweet funk" yesterday. I don't know what the deal was. Today I am fine. I made it through it, but ate way too much cheese.
Hang in there...Tomorrow will be another day!

I think most of us get sweet tooth things going on once in a while. Mine is right now too because TOM is on the way I end up using more davincins on days like today but stay clean. For example, instead one my normal 2 cups of coffee with davincis this morning I had 3 and a cup of tea with davincis this evening. It defanitly helps, even though it probably isnt the best thing

Yes, for 40 calories and low carb, these are great to satisfy that sweet tooth. Oprah talked about these 40 calorie best kept secret at one time or another.......now it is on my grocery list.....thanks.

How strange. I was soooo hungry today! I had a cheese-stuffed chicken breast wrapped with bacon for breakfast, and by noon I was starving. I don't get that. Normally that would have kept me going for at least 5 hours.

Maybe it's the weather, or the time of year. I've also been craving sweet things, but usually just have some nuts or cheese instead.

Thank you. I actually did think about what you said& I'm going to make my treats a "special treat" from now on. I have lost even with them being in my diet but will try to limit. I got rid of all the temptations in my house 1/16 & so nothing to tempt me either only legal stuff.
I also added when & how these were consumed( small amts& with consideration of all the other foods eaten that day/low cals) So that Others will understand that you can't just throw in another 170 cals in daily & not stall.
