I've only made the cheddar biscuits as listed on the package, and they're good if I'm craving something bready. I haven't tried to make anything else with it.

Hi Carebear (carrie)
I love it! I use it to make the bisquits, pancakes, the Pat in the Pan pie crust is great. I don't think I could be w/out it. Linda Sue has a lot of recipes on her site for Carbquick, plus L.C.F recipes. Also have gotten alot of good recipes from the "Recipe Help" section on this site. Oh also makes a great pizza crust when mixed w/Almond Flour and Flax meal, again on Linda Sue's Site. Good Luck ![]() |

I really can't get past the taste of it. It just tastes funky to me. I've tried all kinds of recipes with it, and mostly ones that everyone liked on the forum. I guess it's just my taste buds. I have tried an entire large box of it and ended up feeding it all to the dogs. I tried all kinds of things.
