Carbquick pat in the pan crust question

Can ya tell me if I make a Quiche and I want to use a "Pat in the Pan" Carbquick crust, should I pat the crust in the pie pan and then put the Quiche filling in and bake or do I have to do a short time pre bake on the crust before putting filling in so the filling doesn't make the crust mushy? or can I use a egg white wash on the uncooked pie crust then put the filling in? Boy the good Lord sure forgot to give me good cooking sense
I just dont care for crustless Quiche, and I so love the Pat in the Pan Carbquick crust, its so easy and yummy, Thanks for any info or help you can provide me with

I would personally bake the crust BEFORE you add the filling so you don't get that mushiness. I think you could do an egg white wash if you want but I don't think it would be necessary here.
