Last night, after muffins had cooled, I spread a 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on one and 1/2 teaspoon of SF blackberry jam on top of another. Yummy. I like it better spread on top than in the batter. Next...melted SF chocolate! I want to make a savory batch next time. Actually, addding the ingredients to the batter. Something like Italian seasonings and sundried tomato or chopped olives and I can do one that is a jalapeno and jack cheese. Might be good to take to work for lunch as a nice change of pace. We'll see....because I do like the sweet a lot!!

Does anyone have a recipe for making these with Davinci's?

PTG, you just take the original recipe and sub the Davinci's for the entire amount of Splenda. Works great! HTH

But it would add a lot of liquid to the recipe. Do you have to bake it longer?

I made mine in mini muffin pans, and there was not a difference in baking time. However, if it is longer, I can't imagine it being but a couple of mins more. HTH

Okay, I gave it a try with Kahlua Davinci's. I just ate a couple out of the oven but I should know better, they always taste eggy and yucky then. Will eat a couple for breakfast and report back!

How would you do a water bath if you have the individual silicone muffin cups? Just put them in the water in a pan directly? I am making these today for the first time in over a year. Never tried the waterbath but someone said it makes them much more creamy.

Don't know what flavor I'm doing yet. I may just do vanilla with cinnamon mixed in which I know I love. I am waiting for pineapple and coconut DaVincis from Netrition so I may try a pina colada flavor on Thursday.

Yes, you just put the individual cups into the pan of water. If you got to post #292 on page 10, everything is summarized real well. HTH!

lol, I wasn't going to read thru all the posts in the thread to find out. I just went ahead and did it. Seems like it DID work better!! Just wish I had remembered to spray the cups first. Yes, I have a problem with things sticking in them if I don't spray.

PS...page 10 starts with post 451 for me because of how I have my settings.

I did an extensive search on it and have come up empty handed.

The only thing that I can see is either the flavored Stevia drink powders OR you can make LC Flavored Splenda by putting some Splenda in
a plastic bag with a smidge of a flavored oil, shake it up and let it 'blend' overnight.

This is such a great recipe - I usually make a half batch because I eat them all if I make the full one!

I also now make it with stevia (4 tiny scoops of the pure stuff) instead of sucralose (which gives me headaches.)

Good stuff!

This sounds good, how much crystal light do you use?

O...M...G... Why haven't I tried these before?? Little cheescakes...but yes definitely need to do half batches, but everyone loves them. I used all vanilla DaVinci's and a heaping tablespoon of vanilla DW protein powder for the half batch. I have my second batch in the oven now with some varied flavors.
