yes, they're about 2 carbs each. you can reduce the amount of carbs by using sf syrup instead of splenda. I actually like doing a 1/4 cup of each.

OK, I made the punpkin version and they came out all soggy. Should I up the cooking time to more like 30 - 40 min? Sorry but I dont know if I can read through this entire thread, LOL!

I just came across this thread about 30 minutes ago. Mine are in the oven already!! I used 1/4 cup Davincis Kaluah flavored syrup and 1/4 cup granular Splenda. I'm working a 14 hour day tomorrow with no lunch break and no "legal" food other than some roast beef and cheese all day. This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!

That's good to know because I am in love with SF syrups. I will be trying my first batch tonight! Thanks!

Someone mentioned using the silicone muffins cups and she said she sprayed them...just a note to say, that I have never sprayed mine and nothing has ever stuck...at all. Love those babies! I make egg breakfast muffins with ham n cheese, cheesecake muffins, flax/almond muffins, etc...no sticking!

I second the endorsement of the silicon muffin cups. I also use mine to make my coconut oil bark. What a great invention

I was planning on getting the silicon muffin pan but I never thought about the individual cups. That's a good idea!

Just made some with amaretto davinci's but the next time I am going to use splenda with it because the batter was too soupy. But they tasted good even if they were a little warm. Ate 2 though ...

these are fabulous.
I made mine with a few pinches of coconut.
I ate 1 and the rest are chilling.
I need more cream cheese so I can try other variations.

I'm not ReneeD70 or Im CuterThinner, but I might be able to help. Some people spray them and some don't. I spray them when I use them

I have several different silicone pans etc. I have had trouble with all of them if I didn't spray. (They are various brand too.) I have had some things stick a little even with spraying, but not often, and not nearly as bad as it would have been in a metal pan. I've had a few things that I forgot to spary, and they did fine. But I don't trust them to not spary them.
I cringe everytime I read someone suggest that they don't need to be sprayed.

And someone talked about starting to put a muffin pan in the oven & it spilling.... You should always put them on a cookie sheet or something of that sort!

The way you can tell whether to spray silicon or not is really simple. If your pan or muffin cups are shiny inside, no spray. If they have a dull look, spray. I have some that are shiny and some that are dull. Learned this on some tv show.
